Can I try Helvee without a credit card?

Yes, the first month is free on all plans, with no commitment and no credit card. You can explore all the features of your chosen plan. If you decide not to continue, your account is simply deactivated — no automatic billing.

Is my data really hosted in Switzerland?

Absolutely. Helvee uses exclusively Infomaniak servers based in Geneva. No data transits or is stored outside Switzerland. We are compliant with the Swiss FADP and GDPR.

What happens with my connected emails?

When you connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox via OAuth, Helvee synchronizes your emails and stores them encrypted on our Swiss servers. You can read, send and organize your emails directly in the interface. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

How does the AI assistant work?

The Copilot assistant analyzes your requests in natural language (e.g. “List my deals in progress”) and proposes concrete actions (create a task, add a contact, schedule an event). All AI models are hosted in Switzerland — we never use OpenAI or American cloud services.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes, the Pro and Max plans include bulk CSV import for your contacts, companies and deals. You can map your columns and import several hundred rows at once. The Starter plan requires manual entry or a temporary upgrade.

How do QR-bill invoices work?

Helvee automatically generates PDF invoices with a QR-bill compliant with Swiss standards. You enter your IBAN bank details once, and each invoice includes the QR code with a unique reference. Automatic VAT calculation according to the current Swiss rates.

Can I manage several companies with a single account?

Yes, Helvee is multi-tenant. Each company (tenant) has its own isolated space with its own users, data and configuration. Ideal for trustees, agencies or holdings. Contact us for a custom setup.

What happens if I change plans?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the settings. When upgrading, the difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis. When downgrading, the new rate applies from the next billing cycle. Your data is preserved.
